Trig is a conceptual project by Ryan Glass that started with the question, “If your high school band from the 90s put out a new album, what would it sound like?”

Spiral Eyes was written and recorded in the summer of 2025, though some songs were written decades ago. The tracks, Clarity From the Lane, Wood, and Agitated ‘99 were originally written in 1999, and became the launching point for this project.

The last track, Humming in Reverse, pays homage to the source material that inspired this project.
